HRB provides a 180 Days warranty, if the battery isn't suitable for you, please return it to us immediately in new/unused condition, we will refund or resend to you; or have any problem, please let us know and we will pay attention and improve.
Size: please allow error 1-3 cm due to manual measurement.
Weight: please allow error 1-5g due to hand-made and different packaging material.
Voltage: don't over charge more than 4.2V and dont over discharge below 3.7V.
1. We use PostNL for shipping in most countries, the delivery time is about 35-45 days, but it may be delayed because of the force majeure, such as bad weather, or COVID-19, thanks for your understanding;
2. We are announced that there will be an extra fee (about US$3.5) per package in Brazil;
3. About shipping from Russian Warehouse, there are 3 different delivery ways in Russia, such as CSE, CDEK and Russian post, you can leave a message which one you prefer, or we will choose the best one for you
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
